What is Bobi?
Bobi is an AI assistant built for freight and forwarding. You write to it in plain language — whatever you ask, it does: look up a load by its number, verify a company and its VAT, go through your mailbox, call a driver or a carrier. Instead of switching between your TMS, your inbox and your phone, you close the whole task in a single conversation. Bobi is calm and precise — it states what it did and what will happen, and it never sends anything until you approve it.

Three pillars#
Chat
The heart of Bobi. You ask a question or hand over a task in plain language — Bobi asks for any missing details, does the work and comes back with a result for you to approve.
Automated tasks
Bobi keeps an eye on things in the background on a schedule — for example a morning summary of the day, or chasing a proof of delivery. You approve whatever it proposes.
Integrations
The sources Bobi works with: mail, the freight exchange and other services. You connect them once, and Bobi has access to the data it needs to get the job done.
What Bobi does not do#
Bobi does not replace your TMS
Bobi does not change order statuses or manage documents in your system. You do that in your TMS — Bobi prepares the work, handles communication and watches over things, but you approve the final changes to the order data yourself.
